Yes; a previous Canadian passport is accepted as supporting identification providing that all of the following conditions are met:

• the passport is still valid or has expired within the past year;
• the passport is submitted with the application form. Photocopies will not be accepted;
• the name indicated on the passport is the same as the one on the application form.
