In accordance with the provisions of the Access to Information Act (1985), I am requesting the following information:

1. Since 1996, how many replacement Canadian passports have been issued from the Canadian Embassy in Mexico that relate to an application from a Canadian citizen, residing or travelling in Mexico?
2. Since 1996, how many new Canadian passports have been issued from the Canadian Embassy in Mexico that relate to an application from a Canadian citizen, residing or travelling in Mexico?
3. In respect of (1) and (2) above, please state the dates that applications were first made for each individual passports, issued out of the Canadian Embassy in Mexico.
4. In respect of (1) and (2) above, please state the dates that passports were issued to each individual who had been granted a Canadian passport from Canadian Embassy in Mexico.
5. In respect of (1) and (2) above, please state the cities or towns the Canadian citizens were in when they made an application for a replacement or new Canadian Passport.
6. In respect of (1) (2) above, please identify the status of the official who dealt with the original application - e.g., Honorary Vice Consul.
